Electrical Project Manager
Location: Melbourne OR Perth Based

Are you ready to elevate your career? I am looking for a talented Electrical Project Manager for a full service Engineering Firm with a strong client list and project pipeline across Australia. Work on exciting project design and manage projects for tier 1 clients such as Rio, BHP, etc across AUS and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Electrical Project Manager you will:

  • Management and ownership of multi-discipline design projects.
  • Progress tracking, planning and scheduling.
  • Scoping and proposal development.
  • Facilitate and participate in design reviews.
  • Support and collaborate with highly skilled designers and engineers to develop designs for a wide range of plant elements.
  • Prepare technical engineering documents as part of overall project engineering deliverables.
  • Visits to client sites as required.
  • Maintain a safety focus through all aspects of work.

Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of multidisciplinary Project experience
  • Exposure to Materials handling design projects, greenfield and brownfield
  • Detailed knowledge of materials handling industry
  • Excellent organisational, communication, & time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, a go-getter attitude

Nice To Have Experience:
  • Electrical design experience
  • Exposure to multiple commodities including iron ore, gold, copper, lithium, etc
